The 1 World Foundation can deploy discipline specific or teams of clinicians described above to nations and or organizations in need. While on site the clinicians may provide clinics to evaluate/assess children,adults and seniors with special needs.
Treatment/intervention plans will then be developed by the 1 World clinicians in partnership with the local providers, families and individuals involved. In addition the 1 World clinicians are committed to providing ongoing remote followup and consultation along with periodic on site updates as needs change.
The 1 World Foundation will make available for on site deployment and or remote consultation individual and or teams of education professionals with a wide range of experience and expertise in educating special needs children and young adults. 1 World Education professionals will engage directly with the children in the classroom and or home dependent upon the specific request for assistance.
Working closely with the requesting governmental, private or family requesting help the educators will provide and or assist with developing and or enhancing individualized educational services and the identification and acquisition of needed classroom resources. Periodic on site followup and ongoing regular remote consultations are available.
The 1 World Foundation's contingent of Chief Executive Officers of service providers in the US and Canada are available for on site interventions as well as hosting remote and or consults in Canada or the US. Working with the requesting governmental, private, civic and or religious requesting organization and The 1 World Executives have and continue to provide a wide range of administrative services including but not limited to:
*The development, implementation and monitoring of strategic management plans that identify needs and present options to address the many challenges of persons with special needs within the resources available.
*The creation of residential, day, family and individualized services to meet the identified prioritized identified needs, within resources available.
*Maximizing the effectiveness and efficiency of operational service delivery system from the human resource, fiscal, capital and consumer satisfaction perspectives.
*Development, production, implementation and updating of public awareness print radio, television and web based, campaigns to sensitise the general population about persons with special needs.
*Through the considerable network of human services and health care professional and personal contacts, the 1 World foundation has access to a wide range of health care equipment, supplies and durable goods. Working closely with the requesting organization and or government, the materials needed may be acquired, ship and deployed to the service provider and or directly to the individuals in need.
The variety of expertise of the talented professionals available to the 1 World Foundation includes but is not limited to all clinical disciplines, many medical fields, leadership, logistics, media, strategic planning, governmental relations, service development delivery and operations, finance, legal, and equipment procurement and distribution.
1 World will provide training in any of the above or related areas on site, in the US in Canada and or via video conference. Audience may include governmental officials, persons with special needs, families, employers, educators, clinicians, direct support professionals, clergy and media. Training may be customized to address one persons on going needs, and or as broad as a nation developing a coordinated service delivery system based upon a national needs assessment.
